Candidates' privacy notice

Information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and to art. 111-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, we inform you that the personal data you have given us, including the data in your curriculum vitae and any attachments, are necessary and will be used by Code Architects S.r.l., in compliance with the GDPR and with the duty of confidentiality that has always guided our work, to identify and assess the people we need for our business and with whom we may start a working relationship.

The legal basis of the processing is the performance of the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, namely the steps that lead to a possible employment or collaboration with you.

In this context, if you choose to tell us, Code Architects S.r.l. may also learn data belonging to special categories (art. 9 GDPR), such as data about your health. We process them only as far as this is compatible with the legal basis above, in compliance with the “Provisions on the processing of special categories of data in employment relationships” (general authorisation no. 1/2016) of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), and to fulfil the obligations and exercise the rights of the controller or of the data subject in employment and social security law. For this reason your consent to their processing is not required.

All your personal data will be processed with tools that ensure their security and confidentiality, both manually and with automated tools able, among other things, to store and manage the data according to qualitative, quantitative and time criteria useful for the purposes above. They will be kept for as long as those purposes require and in any case for no more than 12 months from when you gave them to us, unless a working or collaboration relationship of any kind is started with you.

The personal data you provide will not be disclosed to the public.

GDPR, in particular to ask the controller for access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of their processing, to object to the processing, and to data portability where the law provides for it.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by Code Architects S.r.l. described in this notice infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), as provided by art. 77 GDPR, or to take legal action (art. 79 GDPR).
